One click opens a beautiful, focused interface showing only what they need to make a decision.
Each candidate presentation includes an AI-generated summary that highlights the key qualifications, relevant experience, and potential concerns. Hiring managers can approve, reject, or request more information with a single click. Every action triggers an instant notification back to the recruiter, closing the feedback loop in real time.
We also built collaborative features for hiring teams. Multiple stakeholders can review the same shortlist, leave comments, and see each other's decisions. A built-in consensus view shows where the team agrees and where discussion is needed, eliminating the back-and-forth email chains that slow down every hiring process.
